Upon my return to Stauffer after a four day hiatus, I was reminded once again of why I love the place so much. In addition to getting work done (yes yes, I'm serious), good conversations are a guarantee. This one goes something like this:
Jane: So what are you working on?
Me: *flips to the cover of my Sociology book*
J: Oooh, Sociology.....I've never seen that book before
V: Yeah, I'm kind of dead. We're supposed to have finished the book and I'm only about a tenth of the way there.
J: Yo..... That's for class? We had a new book?
V: ...................
J: Is it still available at the book store?
V: ... You better hope so.
Needless to say, names have been changed to protect the identity of the poor soul who is not going to do so well on this fast approaching final exam.
